A Welcome letter from the President
My name is Stacy Kaye Liang and I am honored to serve as Chi Omega’s chapter President here at Cal Poly. I have been apart of this amazing sisterhood since I was a freshman at Cal Poly, when I was initiated into the charter class. I have seen this chapter flourish immensely within the past couple of years and could not be more proud to be a sister in Chi Omega. Chi Omega is proud to play a prominent role at Cal Poly and in our San Luis Obispo community. This is shown as we are collaboratively involved in a wide arrange of organizations and events. You can find Chi Omegas leading a WOW group to working in El Corral Bookstore to brewing coffee at Starbucks to cheering with the CP Dance Team to playing on the women’s field hockey team to participating in Relay For Life to granting a local Make-A-Wish child’s wish and more! In Chi Omega we provide opportunities for personal development and growth. This is accomplished by balancing what we call our Six Purposes. Our Six Purposes include Friendship, High Standards of Personnel, Scholarship, Participation in Campus Activities, Career Development, and Community Service. I invite you to take a look around our website, as we are constantly updating our Photo Gallery and Announcements. Check out our Recruitment Page for more information. Hopefully you will get a chance to see just what Chi Omega means to us here at Cal Poly. We are more than a sorority; we are a family! Please feel free to contact me about any questions you may have or more information about Chi Omega! Loyally in Chi Omega,
